Honestly man in my experience you should fly though the first year as long as you concentrate. It's the second year you need to prepare for. Deadlines are insanely short and the amount of work triples.... But you don't have to worry about that yet. c:

I can try. Depends on what you want to read. There's pretty much fanfiction for any show/movie/play/book/game/anything you can think of. And there's pretty much all types, pairings, one-shots, full length stories, ones that involve original characters, ones that don't.

Indeed, you just download a .zip or .rar file, unpack it and run the emulator wee! Then you configure the input keys to your tastes and you're good to know. Then you just need a ROM, which is easy to find on the interwebs. It usually is, at least.
