The French is Quebec, New Brunswick, and Eastern & Southern Ontario.
The rest is English, or in British Columbia's case, Chinese.
The West doesn't like the French very much because the francophones try to protect their language and culture rights, and the West are always saying "We don't care; we just want to speak English because everyone should speak English. When we go to Quebec, even though it's a French and not an English province, they should speak English because we're superior, being anglophone and all."
