Gifted in languages :s I gotta work harder at it. I don't really try / study o-o oops

No; I'm learning Arabic, though. My fiance sings some verses to me and tells me what it means. I know what some of the verses are about, though. Al-Baqarah is about Adam. You always hear Adam throughout the entire thing, and you always hear about the Holy Book and how God is wide and merciful.

I hear certain words, but I don't have a big, big volcabulary - just a tiny one. I can pronounce all the letters, though, and I say to Youssef "'ana ten'brique" and "anta dakiiy wa jamiil" often. I'm still learning :s

My mum's a Catholic and my dad's Protestant, two similar branches of Christianity. I went to church for years and years and memorized all the stories, but Jesus = God didn't make sense to me at all :| How could Jesus be God? He was praying to someone - I don't think he would pray to himself lol

I like how the Qu'ran sounds and the compassion in Islam. It makes me feel fuzzy inside :]

Awesome. I converted from Christianity to Islam on January 15th, 2010, so this is my first year.
