No no, not at all. Look at this one https://www.pokecheck.org/?pk=487302. Basically, any Pokemon that can get through the GTS in generations 4 and 5 can be uploaded to pokecheck. There are loads and loads of hacked Pokemon uploaded to pokecheck, so if you suspect that a Pokemon is hacked, it's a good idea to look it up and check their legality analysis.

Saw your post on the Bank thread, and just to put your mind at ease, pokecheck isn't against the rules; actually many traders here have pokecheck accounts and link to their accounts to show that their Pokemon aren't hacked. Basically, pokecheck can't be used to hack Pokemon; you just "upload" your Pokemon on the site via the GTS in your game (i.e. the Pokemon don't get traded away from your game, you get an error that prevents the trade, while the Pokemon's data is uploaded to the site), and you can perform a legality analysis. You can also "clone" the Pokemon you uploaded and download multiple copies back to your game, however, those copies will have an event ribbon that will prevent trading that Pokemon to people on the GTS.

Not a problem! I don't mind waiting, but I guess I would need some better offers. I don't recall if you needed one, but I have a 5 IV Snorunt (Everything but Sp. Atk) Female with Inner Focus and Adamant Nature. It's not ideal, but 5 IV's are hard to come by. If needs be, I could add in my Shiny Luvdisc and/or a 3 IV Ditto (I don't actually have a 4 IV one -_-)

Hello! I saw your post on the X/Y QTT and I am willing to offer you a 3 IV Ditto (HP/Atk/Sp Atk) in exchange for a Frillish. If it had it's Hidden Ability and/or some decent IV's, that would be preferable. Either gender is fine.
