Those are some really cool subjects to be interested in! I don't think a lot people share enough interest in those, despite their importance in the world today. I hope you can find some sort of program that you can at least experiment with, since such a select number of individuals are involved with all three. English Lit is a decently cool major, but it seems to require lots of reading and speculation, and only opens the door to only a select few opportunities (unless you get really creative!). If you don't have the patience or the desire for it, then by all means find things that do. No one can fake passion! Additionally, narrowing down your interests are key to finding specific school programs (E.G. studying Physics and doing research for astronomical projects). Let me know if you have any other questions for deciding your academic path!
I think college has been so shocking due to my choice to be moderate in my social and societal conformity. I was quite focused in attaining high marks and keeping up with my extracurriculars. Even though it's good to be focused, I was not ready for the numerous real-life situations I would find myself in, and how I handled myself throughout them. A decent majority were shocking and occasionally disturbing, and for that I am grateful to have gotten through them so early in my independent life. But others were meaningful and rewarding, and I could not ask for better groups of people that support me all the way. Even after the many years of running through scenarios in my head were not even close to preparing me for the real deal. College goes way beyond the textbook, if you can see where I am coming from!
