Yea... So true. But then, I just realized: I've never actually wanted to play any of the games being made here.

Maybe it's because I've never believed in any of these projects enough to want them to succeed that caused me to so openly decry them.

Interesting use of bold commenting on Pokemon Scarlet. You didn't have to be a complete jackass about it, though. You see, it's very easy to read a terrible piece of writing, point a few things and then tell the author that it's utter $hit. The difficult part is the circumlocution.

Agent Zero (and myself, in the days oh so long ago) gained perhaps critical infamy because we... said what we thought. But that didn't really get me very far, now did it? Even AZ called me something to the effect of an "arrogant SOB" at one point.

Yea... I noticed that. The only reason I bothered commenting on that kid's story was because I thought it was funny.

Anyways, the main thing I'm noticing in GD recently is, well... a lack of soul. I looked at Dissension, and I saw another boring pokemon game. I looked at Indigo League, and find that... guess what? Another person too lazy to come up with a storyline just copies off the anime. Everyone wants you to play their (incomplete) product, when all I'm seeing in most of the new stories is regurgitated garbage.

I think I felt so offended because I was the one who gathered all of the jumbled ideas the staff had been throwing around and organized them into that story. But I can honestly tell you that the plot will definitely be improving.

That would be very...useful. Recent events in my life have caused me to stop using this site, so I might be gone for a while. I want the newspaper to survive, but I'm just not feeling any passion for it right now. As anyone who knows me can say, once I get my mind set on something I'll do it: until I find something else. Hopefully I'll come back, it's just that right now I feel my only tie here is the newspaper.

Anyways, it's funny that you say that Diamond and Jade were the main thing that turn people away. I was, as you might have guessed, looking for a pokemon game to hack, and in my search I stumbled across the infamous duo. I knew it was fake when I got it, but playing it actually made me want to figure out more.

So, a quick search on wikipedia yielded me some information, and then I went looking for Telefang. I found a rom for it, and play it to this day on my comp when I have extra time. I think I have the Speed version. Beyond that, I don't understand a word of the game, so it's good that people care enough to make a translation.
