mmhm; i got photoshop elements; the only real thing it misses is the pen tool, thats all. If your extremely skilled in paint you can draw very, very detailed pixel (overs or originals) pictures. Photshop; as i said before; is your safest bet.

Answer Well... if your extremely good you can; but no animations unless you made them yourself. I don't know what i could recommend; but photoshop or paintshop pro. Photoshop elements, CS2 or any model of the program would be your safest bet. Hope that helped ^^

argh... that sucks, that was the only way i could do lineart --; and my tablet came with elements and download it illegally? no way i'll be best off buying it and not getting in trouble; thanks for the help guys ^^

https://pokemonpalace.net/maker/ is an updated pkmn maker ^^ i've used it about 100times and its only ever given me 2 bad eggs in total so i suggest if you want a snorlax to use this one its much better than the old one; plus the old one has gone offline anyways. I hope you like it.
