ORAS doesn't have friend safaris.
So when someone is playing them you only see the first 2 Pokémon in the safari.
The same is true if they haven't defeated the E4.
Take your time.

If you go online in the game
(Go back into your X or Y. The lower gold screen look in the upper right. There is a blue circle touch it to connect to the internet)
Yeah I started to say something tought better of it then didn't get it completely deleted then I couldn't edit.
