I was thinking something like Haru launches the fire dragon, and Aki like surrounds it with water/wind, or maybe Haru hits a stream of water with fire to create a big steam cloud or something.

Again, that sounds about right. I believe the only members of the Akatsuki with a brother-like bond were Nagato and Pein, and also Konan, so they weren't exactly "tight".

That sounds about right. Maybe they could have like a brother-like bond. Haru could be the older brother who would defend the younger with his life, but also gets PO'd at some points.

Assuming I will be accepted, I'm going to guess that our Akatsuki members will be paired together. Should we work out like a particular relationship between our characters?

I wouldn't really call it reviewing, they really only summarize why they did not accept the RP, otherwise it is accepted and nothing more is said of the matter from them

Oh, you can also give a summary in the Roleplay discussion thread. That would allow you to see who would be up for joining based on your plot

You'd ask another RPer to give a review. But if you just submit it, Skymin will give a quick look at it and give very general tips (unless she accepts it, in which case it will be open to other RPers and they may give feedback)
