Hey! Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting Super Rising Thunder to work D: Did you already try extracting the file from inside the .zip and manually adding a .ups extension to the end? (If you don't know how to do this, click here for Mac and here for Windows. :) ) Once you've done this you need to then patch the file over a clean Ruby (AXVE) ROM, using a UPS patcher program such as this one (not an IPS program like LIPS).
