For those who don't know, Mamoru Miyano is known for voicing a lot of iconic characters; Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club, Light Yagami from Death Note... In short, Pokémon has a high-profile VA to voice one of its main characters. 0.o

Honestly I like the anime for what it is now for trying to spice up the same formula its had for the past series. A slightly more "upgraded" version of this in 5th gen would be good. Okay, necessary.

Kanto: Charizard/Squirtle. Johto: Um, Cyndaquil? Hoenn: Sceptile without a doubt. Sinnoh: Buizel/Infernape.

You mean the rhyming English words, right? Those should seriously have been annoying but they never were. :p

The epicness of the song kinda declined towards the end.
