Do you have a DS or a DS lite, or only a 3DS? If you have a DSi or anything lower, setting the Wifi to WEP would work perfectly.

hmmm... If your internet is password protected, try changing it to WEP, set the password in the DS, and then try. Nothing else will have access to the internet while it's on WEP though. Which is why I'm on my mom's desktop now, instead. -_-
