Also, the main reason for the VM is because I wanted to point this out. I somehow doubt an English teacher looked that story over.

The VM of "gently" managed to fill up my screen. And my monitor's pretty big (*winkwink*). I thought my computer froze when it first appeared on my screen, so I spent five minutes just staring at that VM, wildly waving my mouse around.

Now I think everything that I say is some dirty euphemism. :(

The song that's stuck in my head right now seems to be an appropriate response to that.

And it's at this point that I need to tell you that I had a really great response to the garlic part of the last VM. I forgot it, however. See, I thought of it in work, but the only paper I had at the time was the report I needed to hand to the general manager. I don't think he would have appreciated a few lines about garlic and pants.

Hey, JX, just wondering how far you've gotten in the chapters batch I last sent you or any important comments that need my attention ^__^ thanks.

Well, I don't get too involved in the general fandom myself (and by that, I mean the one that just talks about Pokémon or plays the games straight all day). Whatever it is that I do, it's always something "productive", like writing fanfiction or creating a game engine. I don't usually just discuss stuff.

With a little bit of inspiration and a lot of boredom, Chapter 4 of Best Laid Plans comes to be the quickest written yet! Just got it up! Feel free to check it out when you've got the time.

Also, seems you might be able to help me out with some language confirmation, thanks to a snippet of conversation I caught on Mizan's page!

And finally, muchos gracias for such a detailed review. I'll get to responding to each point individually... sometime.

Yep, I know Blackjack (didn't know Gabbiani and Palazzo were the same guy, though. She went by "Iron Mask Marauder" when I registered on BMGf).

Would you consider Farla a BNF on FF.net? I'm sure most people here or on BMGf haven't even heard of her unless they were on there. There was that Lucki scandal on Serebii, though.

But other than that, I can understand a few things, like you being pissed at Mozz's misbehaviour. I was pretty shocked at it first as well, but just learned to live with it >_>

*edit* Oh, no, big name fans. Mozz isn't much of a BNF, last I checked. It's Archaic who steals the show.

Oh, I'm not trying to convince you to go back there anymore. It's just... well, I'm trying to rationalize his behaviour. It's an "in-joke" - and also because Mozz was a very crucial supporter in BMGf's earlier days - he paid for all the hosting in the first few years. So they gave him the role of the village idiot, so to say.

Ah well, if it's inexcusable, it can't be excused.

He'd get banned if it were on Four Star Mon, too. But he'd never join that site in the first place >_>
