  • See I didn't think it was that inflammatory (and I guess I just see it differently since I run the debate section on sppf and I'd let that sort of post slide through) but it's all cool then :) Thanks.
    quick question

You deleted my post in the PE thread. I'm just wondering why? I figured it was just as tame (or rather harsh in this situation since I am really critical in the discussion board) as all my other posts so I'm just curious as to what pushed that one over the edge in comparison to some of the rest of them.
Ah right, cool^^. I think, the use of the past tense in German is a little easier than in other languages... compared to English or French, I mean. Most Germans simply use the present perfect (Ich habe gegessen, du hast gegessen etc.) and the Präteritum (past tense) is mainly used in literature.

I've been fine. Just studying a lot... as always xD
Later today, I'm going to the movie theater to watch "The Wolf of Wall Street". Really looking forward to that^^
My Great-Aunt and my mom did some collaborating on a family genealogy thing a few months back, haha. Found a lot of neat stuff. Intersting thing is that the firm went down in the 20's, something I attribute to the Depression, but they came from old money and inherited it from somethere. So we need to back further.

Also had an aunt with 1,000 shares of a little 'ol company called standard oil, that she sold off before the company took off. ****
We actually recently found out why my fam had a long-time connection to Chicago. Turns out we had an architectural design firm there quite some decades ago. 0.0
Since you merged the threads regarding net neutrality, can you go ahead and update the title of the thread? It's really redundant, since it's already been answered by my post.

Also, that thread merge wasn't the best of ideas. It looks incredibly sloppy, plus the topics are different. A discussion on whether the FCC is going to let net neutrality die and a news thread on Verizon gutting net neutrality laws are two completely different things. Just because they both involve net neutrality doesn't mean they warrant an automatic merge.

I prefer ones with stripes on 'em, like my toaster. xD Plus that cheese looks like pure fat, lol.
