Anyway. I surely do hope so! The story begs to be adapted since it is so damn great. I don't think most production studios would do it justice, though, since most wouldn't be able to effectively portray the ugly sides of characters in a manner that the LN described them as - ugly and purely repulsive. It'll probably be toned down and lose impact.

But that's all IF it ever gets an adaptation. Which it probably won't if you put it that way. A shame, really. :(

I agree, I didn't exactly knew what was going on too. It all seemed to pass by in a vague blur. They could've dedicated like an episode more to explaining the whole Red Dragon shenanigans as well as what the fuck Inori was.

But now that I've read like 6 volumes and am currently reading the 7th I guess I can understand - the content is simply far too dark. Not like dark anime don't exist but...I can see most studios turning it down just from not being able to chalk it up as a feasible gamble. And I'm not even sure if the novels are popular in Japan...

Why do you say HakoMaria won't ever get an adaptation? Like, why are you so sure? ;___;
