I'm not sure if that post in the pass the sprite was quite in the right place so I'll put my reply here.

Use the eyedropper to select the color want to replace. Use the eyedropper (or select a color) but RIGHT click this time on the color for the color you want to replace it with. Then use the eraser and use the right click to replace.
