  • I took a quick look at your blog - it's great to see someone taking the time to actually take such a close look at them. Most people don't really care about the art or overall appearance of such things. If I may ask, are you interested in art in general, or is your interest limited to the artistic side of cards only? o:

A lot of kids in my classroom pretended to play, but all they really did was play it like one would play YuGiOh, not pokemon. I feel a bit ashamed to admit that I partook in it more than a few times myself. xD; I was more interested in the anime back then, rather than the card game.
A lot of people got into it when it first came out!

And I'll check it out, I guess. I've never actually played R/B/Y or G/S/C though so it'll definitely be something new. XD
Sure, I'll try! The TCG isn't something I have a huge interest in, but for the sake of helping you out!

    It's going good, thanks, you?
I was reading some of the pages... mainly the one of Nidoran. I think it was very interesting your analysis of the drawings, the difference between Nidoking (the Kaiju comparison made me laugh) and Nidoqueen, and so on.
I intend to take a look at the other pages later when I have more time, I promise. =)
Then I'll try to give some proper feedback.
    That's great to hear. :]

I think it involved my sister. She started playing Pokemon way before me and I used to watch the old movies. When I found out about the games, I really wanted to try one and presto. Pokemon addict ever since. How about you? :D
I'm not sure how much the hype died down when I was growing up here, but I remember how popular the card game was when I was in elementary school. Some of us didn't even know how to play - they just wanted the cards for the sake of having them. xD
Sure did! It was great even without family coming over.

    What about your Christmas? :)
