yup the prefix is doable! I've done a few of those requests before. you should have the gold name and crystal prefix now :3 and as for themes, I'd recommend selecting another theme and then going back to Garchompin'.. PC already has it listed as your theme so I'm not sure what more I can do ahah :( But I chose another theme for you and then re-selected Garchompin' so maybe it works now?

Oh haha, that's just a little trick I asked from the admins, because I thought gold looked cooler next to my avatar and username :3 I'm a crystal supporter and I have the perks of one, but my username is golden because it fits with my avvie ^^

oh you're a crystal tier donor but are in the gold display group. did you ask anyone to have you show as a gold tier? they probably made gold as your display group but left crystal tier as a secondary group so you'd have all the permissions from the higher tier. or were you never a crystal tier? :(

and PC says garchompin' is your style when i checked. reselecting/resaving doesn't work or anything?
