Well it would work....just not as well. See, regardless of what EVs you give it, the nature will always raise or reduce whatever stat it's going to reduce:

Not trying to burst your bubble either but bold isn't a good nature for Dragonite either =(

If you haven't already, I'd recommend first checking what kind of nature your pokemon has before you start training it. Just google "Pokemon natures" and you should find out what all of them do. For instance, Bold lowers attack and raises defense. Since Dragonite is a more offensively-minded pokemon, he wants something that raises his attack and lowers a stat he's not using, like special attack (Aka Adamant Nature). There's many more options than this, like mixed sets and such. Check out www.smogon.com and you'll get tons of ideas for effective movesets =P

Nah it's fine...I have pokes with 31 or near 31 in 5 stats because of breeding =P

Yeah, if you get a couple of dragon dances in you should do fine. Another nature, like adamant or jolly would be better, but it doesn't matter all that much.

It's really up to you. I really can't be sure if it's hacked or not without knowing more about it.

Like I said, it's just my guess. I mean, it might not be hacked. That's just my first impression from its stats. But there's really no way to know unless you know what EVs it was given, and I'm assuming the person you got it from didn't tell you.

It's really hard to tell because the stats are scattered all around. It's just better to be safe though =/

Mmmm....I don't like the looks of it. It's kind of hard to tell because the EVs are all over the place, but it's stats are still pretty high. My first impression is that it looks hacked, but that's just my opinion.

You're just gonna have to find others with the right nature. Lugia is going to be a bit tougher because you can't breed them. See if someone in the trade corner has them.
