I've got like 4 followers, a couple repeat viewers and one of my viewers added me on Steam which I found off-putting, exactly the way I figured streamers would react to me adding them lol.

Best part about streaming is how you're forced to take in how bad you are at a game, and actively think about improving on it (if you're into that). And you're constantly thinking about entertainment. Tonight I started surfing, and if I would fail repeatedly at doing a stage, I would skip it for obvious reasons. Then I moved on to playing pub servers, where I would jump from one map to the next so as to not have it get old. And I finished with MGE (which is a 1v1 arena mod).

From what I see there's two sides to it. Either you're a broadcaster or a viewer. Either way, you've got an account with Twitch with a username and all that good stuff.

As a viewer, you mostly just follow people and twitch automatically will send you emails when somebody you follow goes live. As a broadcaster, it's a whole different story that I haven't fully explored yet.

LPing a racing game? Hell yeah! I've always thought that if I did have a channel going for LPs and such, I'd do LPs of Mario Kart, but make them co-op with a local friend since that's a big appeal to MK games is the multiplayer.
