Yea, but also most of our team is new this year. The girls team has all returning players. Lol, they would kick our butts.
I use a 10 lb because idk what was a good weight. I am more focused on having proper form than the proper weight of the ball. I think I should at least go 12, if not 14 because the 10 doesnt weigh that much and it may hurt me in the end.
