Well, usually we do decor around the beginning of December, but since this year is a bit more special, we started a bit near the end of last month, although with our busy schedules we just have the tree up with some garland and a few balls. We're probably going to get back to it later this week now that I don't work until Friday (Besides tomorrow anyway) and my last day of classes are tomorrow before finals as well.

Well, it's definitely getting there, although since we're strapped on cash we've been saving up for the essentials - repairs and replacing some of the aging appliances. As for Christmas, we're definitely decorating now that we have the room. Before, it was quite a chore to put up the tree since we had so little room, but now that we have an entire half side of a duplex, we can put lights outside, put up a tree without rearranging the entire house, hang up lights and ornaments on the walls, and have adequate space for family to have a turkey dinner. It's nice to not be cooped up in an apartment anymore.

Yeah, we moved back at the end of March, but with school and work filling up the schedule, we're still slowly unpacking.

Oooh, permanent residence? That's where, in the USA?

I've been fairly busy lately, working on finishing up my classes for the semester, getting assignments handed in, crying, etc etc. Other than that, I've been poking around with Nintendo 3DS development - I was able to register for Nintendo's indie developer portal back in August, so I can get my foot into the door of the Game Development industry myself. I'm not sure how far I'm going to go, but it never hurts to give it a shot.

Other than that, I've been settling in with my mom into the new place we got and everything has been so much better since we moved out. And you?

Sounds good, it's damm hot down here sadly. Summer is coming aah, at least I have vacations though.

I just want to say thank you firstly for the thread over in Video Games! I don't think we could have asked for a better opportunity to have insight into the industry! I'm going to have a chat to the other Mods about potentially stickying/splashing/something to get this more exposure.
