I love traveling. I do it whenever I can (which isn't that often). Only to first world countries though. I know it probably makes me sound like a dick, but I don't like going to countries where the streets are all dirty and there are disabled people lying around in the street. China was like that; we walked past a guy who had half his body burnt off. I do feel sorry for them, but still. Anywhere else though, like Hong Kong, London, Paris, I love.

My favourite part is probably the plane ride though. Do you like planes? Some people hate them and I don't really get it.

I'm in Australia and I'm planning to stay. It's pretty great. If I did move somewhere though, I'd probably go to the Netherlands. I really want to go there, not quite sure why.

That's a shame. Hopefully people will be able to visit. It's just as you said, nothing says home like the holidays.

Self employed! VERY daring. Very exciting too! I imagine you're enjoying it a lot, right? Your own hours, your own time frames... what's the biggest job you've taken on? I think I'd like to be able to build housing and sell it on at a profit... wheel and deal in real estate! Unfortunately you kinda have to get a fair bit of money behind you before that. So I'm hoping to firstly get my own place secured before I do anything more adventurous!

That's a relief. I have a feeling I wasn't the only one in the department who lost a lot of sleep over that.

I'm meeting up with both sides of my family for Christmas, and then we're hitting the road for about a week, which should be ok if it's not that hot.
