Because Starmie's nature was changed to right nature, Starmie's Sp.ATK got decreased by 20 but it's speed got increase by 20 like it should be.
But if you don't like it, I can change it back to old not right nature.

Oh yeah I changed all their happiness to max(255)

Your Swampert was set as MixPert(Lead) from Smogon.
Starmie was set as Non-Choice Attacker except it had wrong nature so I changed nature and also correct EVs.
I'm ready to trade new Starmie for Dragonite!

All roar does is staling some time.
Remember last time we battled? You roar'd and I just change to same Pokemon that was it.
Protect could be useful if your opponent is poisoned or something, so you can keep use protect to stale some time.
I think you'd do much better if you have protect or surf instead but that's your choice.
Anyway, did you like your new Swampert? It is now 100% legit plus max IV'd(31x6) and now it's shiny!
But if you want, I can change it back to old one, but which one would you rather have? I mean choice is obvious.
If you like it, I'll trade your new Swampert to Dragonite so I can fix Dragonite up too as well as Starmie if you want.
