Try to read the criteria on what needs to be done in order for moderators to approve your thread.
You can also ask a moderator, like Manipulation or Spherical Ice about why your thread didn't get approved.

But, it seems we have a little misunderstanding here. That frame I posted you, is the only frame I have. For him I edited the boy with brown hair and green outfit in FR/LG. You need to make 2 more frames; facing up and facing left.
Please note his eyes; they're a bit different that a normal person's eyes.

Here's his battle sprite:

He's the first Gym Leader. And I only need 2 more frames becuse there's no need for hm to walk.

Side and back frame, please :D

Yeah, he needs Hero/Heroine OWs. Did you look at his thread?
The Hero OWs are still not changed yet. Maybe you're the "chosen one" to help him make it.

You can ask him about that. Also, if you don't want people to steal your OWs, you can send the OWs to Tropical Sunlight via PM. (And you should also upload the OWs on Image Shack. [You can use a Image Shack Uploader, it's free.])
