You've misinterpreted. I will be writing the mass PMs every two weeks, letting people know of progress. Whether you receive them or not isn't a big deal and whether you can update me during that time or not isn't my problem either. I'm simply making sure both people are aware of the situation in the way that I can. I can't say whether you'll get it or not. I'm not putting you on a schedule. I'm just keeping everything consistent. You don't have to have an update during that time. There isn't a penalty.

Messaging back and forth on PC seems very very out of the way of getting things done.
