  • Aww I feel so bad for you! Drinking water is actually scientifically proven to help, because the hangovers come from the dehydration that alcohol gives you, so try that! And yeah I have had 'small sips' before - in fact right now I'm having one tablespoon of straight bourbon each night to kill the germs in my throat that are giving me this wretched cold :P
Haha no I'm sorry! I work in a liquor store but I don't drink, so I've never once had a hangover lol. The only thing that my customers ever seem to suggest is drinking more alcohol, but they have drinking problems, so they're probably not the best source for an answer. Greasy food is what my sister uses though I'm not sure what that's meant to do either :P
UPDATE: Nope, no idea. You'd be better off asking one of the higher staff, I've really got no clue what's going on :/ it is weird though.
Hey, sorry I was working on a really long post and I only just got this lol

I'm really not sure, I've never noticed anything myself. Hold on a sec, I'll ask someone for you who knows more than I do :P
I don't really understand what GPA is or how it works, but if it's being raised then that can't be a bad thing! And damn, you're lucky that you can do so well without putting in extra time outside of Uni.

Mmhm. It'd be a shame if you worked so much to get into college just to find out that it eats up your whole life and you hate it. It all sounds like parties and socialising with very little work involved over here, lol.
Still, 20% is quite a bit. Keep working on it I guess! Do you normally get really good grades and all that?

I actually like it way more than I thought I would, although I'm having a bit of trouble with it. Some of my teachers always say that YOU MUST PUT STUDIES FIRST ARARARARAR!!!!! but nah not gonna happen for me. And yeah I've heard as much from uni students, although they generally seem to find the time to have a social life too. Idk how you do that!
Ah right. So jobs over there are as tight as they are over here, huh. That sucks.

Ouch, sucks man. Can you re-take it or something?

They're generally alright. My subjects are art, photography, maths, biology and chemistry. I just generally do well enough with the first three since they come naturally to me I guess. Biology and chemistry are the harder ones, although I'm pretty interested in both. I definitely don't work non-stop, though! Any teacher would kill me for this, but I always put work second since I hold general enjoyment of life as a very high priority.
Ah right. Well, that's pretty cool I guess, since it's instant work for you and all! Idk how hard it is to get into a job with the course that you wanted to do over there.
I don't actually. Where did your parents come into this?

Lol, thank you! I'm feeling fairly confident about it I guess.
