By freeing I mean when you open PokeGear you can see them on the map. You can either kill them or catch them. If you kill them, you'll be able to RNG them later, If you catch them you'll have some random legendaries :P

ya, just a little crash, but it is back now. Its nice to have an actual computer again...but crashing in the first 24 hours is a little annoying. It isnt new...

HGSS RNG is much, much easier than DPPt.

I can help you if you have problem with theory - just ask, I hope I'll be able to answer your questions. ;)
And start with learning how to catch - it's much easier + I use alternative RNG method - Bearsfan says you have to kill all roamers, I have all of them freed - it's much easier to know if you hit target delay. Let's do it like this - you'll try to learn RNG from bearsfan videos, and if you'll have any questions, you'll ask me. Then, when you'll know how to use his method I'll teach you freed roamers method which is more convienient, ok?
