Pokesav is a program that lets you edit almost everything in a Pokemon save file, even creating any Pokémon from scratch in seconds. I use it for conference purposes, but some people use it to create Pokemon - which is considered to be hacking, even if the Pokemon isnt abnormal. I don't know if I'm allowed to share links of it here, but in any case just google it to find more info. You can edit Items, Berries, IVs, EVs, Nature, Ability, Moves... basically everything.

I use a flashcard cartridge and the Legality.exe program by Sabresite (it's a little un-updated so I'm unable to check the most recent events, but the rest works fine).

I transfer my Pokémon to my flashcard, convert them to .pkm files using Pokésav and check them on my computer using Legal.exe. (I'd like to stress that I only use Pokesav to convert them and to check IVs, I do not alter any info)

Yes, I check all my Pokémon. As far as I can check (i.e. as far as Legality Checker can go), they are legit
