I'm not sure how it is in the Dream World. In the Corocoro scans there is a picture of encountering a Pikachu in the wild while in the dream world, but that may not be the only way to encounter pokemon.

I kind of prefer the pokewalker, I like being able to bring it with me. Can't really do that with the dream world.

This is confusing.

The dream area is online.
You send a pokemon over to it (once you have Munna's evolution) and your pokemon will meet other pokemon there. You can also play mini-games there. The pokemon that your pokemon makes friends with can then be sent to your game.

So you can get non-isshu pokemon from that dream smoke thingy, so I think that ends the theory of getting gen I-IV pokemon from quests.

Serebii says that there will be other "version exclusive" cities other than black city and white forest. It doesn't quite say version exclusive but that the appearances of some cities will be different. .__. So same city, different look?
