Ah no, I don't need 'em. Was just suggesting that to make your pokemon level up higher. They don't make your pokemon weaker, it just doesn't take EVs into account when you level that way (because it doesn't fight pokemon). But since the pokemon is already fully EV trained, I don't think it'll matter. I'm not 100% sure on that though so if I do rare candies, I do it up to 95 and just lvl the last 5.

Yup. A lot of your other pokemon has 31 on some IVs too since they reach max of certain stats.
