Weavile sucks and is walled by about everything. Resttalk Machamp, Gyarados, Suicune, Bronzong, Skarmory, Metagross, Heatran, (watch out for Brick Break, but Heatran is usually a scarf revenge killer anyways) and Hariyama all work easily. There are more if you want them...
Machamp is usually a resttalker, and yea Dynamicpunch is annoying. there's not much you can really do about that though, so try to hang in there. Anything with a recovery move (that isn't hugely weak to its attacks) works to shrug off confusion damage and damage from its attacks. The CB set is a pain, but Celebi (a great choice for the resttalker too) and Cresselia are usually good checks for it.
Roar/Whirlwing beats Ninjask. On anything. Only put it on bulky pokemon (Skarmory is a good choice) since it always goes last.
Breloom is tough. Just take the sleep with a status absorber, and then it becomes largely less threatening. Or take advantage of its low speed. Gyarados and Salamence can take all of its attacks though, and Celebi is a wonderful counter.
