UPDATE: Works are still going, and it honestly doesn't seem anyone in the team is willing to give up anytime so --- fingers crossed everyone ;) Pallet and Route 1 has been made exactly like I wrote in the main post, BUT... Gen5 assets and custom buildings are very difficult to handle in HGSS...
