Sorry for taking a while to get back to you. Unfortunately it doesn't seem you've made enough progress to feature in ROM hacks studio or progressing ROM hacks (see the rules for both sections). If I'm mistaken and you can attach the sufficient ingame screenshots I'd be happy to move it to the correct section. As it currently stands though it looks like you'd be best posting this as a recruitment thread (I noticed you're looking for mappers and scripters) in the launchpad section. Good luck with the project regardless!
