do this:
sauce = sriracha + Thai chili garlic paste + Szechwan chili sauce all mixed together (or, if you don't have those, just any given combination of chili sauces is fine)
cheese = cheddar
toppings = potatoes chopped to medium-size; chunks of fried egg; chopped fried white onions
