Quick questions about Overpower before I leave...

Is it a league or tournament? Any clauses?

Under rules: "Each of the OU Pokemon must also share one Type with the player's Main Pokemon. Those rules are basically what sets us apart from other tournaments"

So if uber Giratina was selected, then the OU Pokemon must be Dragon or Ghost? That is very limited. What if Groudon was selected? No Ground Pokemon benefit from the sun, but I imagine a Kyogre+Water team is destructive.
