Hey Maruno i have a problem when i set the default screen size to 260x160 it's that after i delete the resize option it the screen resizes but not whats on the screen it's all big?

YES! Thank you so much, dude. You have no idea how long it took me to just figure that out. I was literally doing everything you said except i didnt name it Trainer(X). How stupid of me :P

EDIT: *sigh*, i figured it would only be a matter of time before i found another thing to get frustrated over. With the mart and the pokemon center now. The event is on the person behind the counter, right? But how can one activate the event if there is a counter between the player and the nurse/store-clerk? I dont understand how it works, and Ive been trying to figure it out for the last...few hours. Every time I put the event on the counter instead of the person, it works, but after i close it, it sets the event back to the person. Am I doing something wrong? :/

Hey Maruno. I saw you created the Pokemon Essentials Wiki [and its helped me lots of ways]. I was looking through the Trainer page, and I noticed something about the pbNoticePlayer script. You [or whoever wrote it] wrote that "This can be used for non-trainer NPCs as well; it itself has nothing to do with battling". I found this amazing, because I wanted to use that for a Tour Guide in the first city that has a pokemon center [you know, like that old guy in Cherrygrove].

How exactly do i make it so that if you walk in front of him, the exclamation appears over his head?

Hmm... I like the competition and everything about it... But I haven't ever used RPG Maker...

. . . i do have a seperate black tile that is only meant for backgrounds and it is non passable and i do erase the backgrounds with the top left tile and i have them all on the correct levels etc but i shall just ask someone else because your being blunt comes off as just being a rude moron, i asked you a simple question and even tried to be nice but all i got was you being "blunt/rude" i am still new to this whole game making thing and have read the poccil guides so i am trying so give me a break

@Maruno: I copied your piece of code into my scripts and commented mine out. I tested giving, taking, canceling out of giving an item, and giving/taking mail. All of it worked fine. Then I tried giving it straight from the bag screen which is where I found your error. It's this one, correct?

hey, did you ever figure out that problem you were having with your "give" or w/e? The one you posted in general game making help? o.o bc... I tried to pay you back by attempting to solve the mystery using my lackluster detective skills and making a big post, only to realize a few seconds afterwards im an idiot. anywho... the point is even though more than likely im way off your free to read my theory. just tell me. XD I save large posts to my notepad, which is good in this case as it didn't go through, therefore i didnt look like a dumbass over the entire game development thread. o.o; im sorry, at late night I get awfully talkative rather than tired... >_>
