M_X made a Day/Night routine just for Pokemon Eissturm/Icestorm. He fixed things, edited the palette changing some times etc... so he wrote something about version 4.0 or so. It's quite interesting, it seems he's got various versions of this routine. I whish I knew how to do that ô.O

try writing startwildbattle 251 30 0
so without the 0x. It's hexademical form if you write 0x and than it can't be 251, it would be 0xFB I think.
so just try the command like above ;)

now this is the script you gave me, but in celebi form.

now im able to compile it with no problem.BUT when i play it in the game the hero gets a ? mark over his head and the screen turns black and theres no battle. it goes back to regular and the pokemons sprite is still there...im trying to get a wild battle with celebi lv 30....can you please try just one more time to help me.

I don't know how to find them, but I know some of them if you mean the codes for inserting into the script, like: Sound of pokeball throwing, question mark, ice cracking...
