I think ATT was testing IPv6 tunneling or something, when I connected my laptop directly to my modem I got an IPv6 address started with 2002: with absolutely no IPv4 address. I release renewed out of curiosity and got a regular IPv4. >.> I don't think my router supports IPv6, so the speed issue may have been because they were trying to tunnel IPv6 through a router over WiFi, though thats just my guess as I don't really know a lot about IPv6.
