I named my Blitzel "Charlie" but I am not a fan of the name. I like to use short four letter names (Ruby, Koda, Moka are all names I have used now.) I forgot to name my Pidove >.> Now I got to find the name rater, double ugh! I only named Moka after the coffee shop, I ususally take upwards of 20 minutes trying to find a name that suits, so I just picked a four letter word that sounded decent. I can't wait till I get out of class, I'm about to get my 3rd gym badge.

Oh sorry to hear about your DS! That must suck seeing as you have the game but can't play it.

Okay the new game smell is worn off a little bit. I'm calmer now. (sort of ;p)

I have a really good attention to detail, I notice things other people fail to notice. I may not remember it unless it really grabs my attention (like the sight of my username) but that doesn't mean I won't notice it.

For the sake of the Pokedex I am catching one of everything as I go alone, but I am only going to train a couple. Blitzel (probably spelled that wrong as I am horrible at spelling, but its the electric zebra, Japanese name Shimama) Pidove, and of course my starter, who I nicknamed Moka. I like to nickname my team, but I am horrible at comming up with names. I wanted to hurry up and play the game so I started looking around the coffee shop and I decided on the name of the Coffee Shop as the name of my female Dewott (she evolved as I was typing this up ^_^). I haven't deiced on the rest of my team, yet. I'll see as I go.

Are you nicknaming you team? How far are you in the game? I'm on route 3! (Wow I just realized how excited I must be sounding right now, like some kind of hyper active 10 year old :laugh:)

Took me 32 minutes, but I got it, I relocated to a local coffee shop where I am going to waste away for the next couple hours.

OMG this is so annoying. Im standing in line at game stop. I showed up 30mins after they opened and the line starts at the counter runs around the primiter of the store before spilling out into the mall. I've been standing in line for about 15 minutes and I'm not even half way throigh yet. :(

Maybe that wasn't such a good idea. I found a complete Story titled "Storm Clouds," it is 102,000 words. I read it last night, started about 8 finished at 4 a.m. I did not inted to stay up that late, I just kept reading because I knew I was almost done with the story. Oh well, and then to make matters worse, I woke up at 7:30.... I went back to bed and woke up at 10:30. Took a test I had to take, cooked lunch, took a shower, than I ate lunch and am now heading out the door to pick up my copy. Have fun on your new adventure, see you in a couple of days when my DS battery dies. :laugh:

Of course I would rather go to the midnight release, I would get the game sooner. If I had the money to blow I would drive to Wichita, but I don't. T_T Being a College student sucks sometimes you know?

I'll just browse FanFiction.net and play Japanese Black till about 2 that should be plenty late enough for me to wake up at around 10 or latter (I really hope!!)

I've watched the first 15 episodes in Japanese, so I know whats going to happen, but I still watch the English dub anyways just to see Owshawott.

The closest Midnight release is in Wichita, which is about 90 miles away. There is a GameStop opening early for B/W, but its 30 miles in the other direction. T_T I just have to suffer till noon T_T

I only have 4th gen game cartages. I don't remember what happened to my copies. I do remember having Silver, Gold, and Sapphire at one time. I imagine they are long gone. :(

I'm passing the time away by playing my Japanese version n of Black till I go to sleep latter tonight. I don't know what else to do lol.

ikr, I some how got my first day off since November, I don't know how it happened, and I am not going to complain either. lol

The reason I got into Meteorology was the movie Twister. I use to watch it daily when I was a young kid. I still like weather, I think it is beautiful. I still like to go photo shoots, cept my camera broke, a year ago and I never got around to getting another one. X_X

Nice background picture, that look he has is really neat. I really hope Oshawott gets lots of screen time. I also hope he evolves. I need to spend some more time working on html and css. I know the basics, but learning them more would really help with job searches.

My first game was Silver, I got it and a teal GBC for Christmas. I played that thing like crazy. I got Soul Silver on release day, Its by far my favorite game. <3 I'm getting Black tomorrow. But I don't know just yet whether its going to take the place of my favorite game. We'll just have to wait and see. I'm really disappointed that the local Gamestop doesn't open till 12 on Sundays. I am going to half to stay up really late tonight to force myself to sleep in like crazy tomorrow so I don't go nuts from anticipation having to wait around all morning.

Don't start reading unless you have a lot of free time. It will consume your life and every waking moment of your life until your caught up.. Seriously though its easy to get hooked with some of the better authors. There have been weeks where I did nothing more than read because I found a good fiction. I can point you towards some of my favorites if you decide to start reading.

Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to be a Strom Chaser, but shows like "Strome Chasers" with Reed Timmer pretty much killed that dream. IMO Reed is an idiot, and I don't want to be associated with him. I know a couple of storm chasers, and have gone myself, safety is #1 priority, both ours and the general public. Reed throws safety out the window. Besides now that I'm into computers, I love them more than weather. Its something that I am really good at. Sorry kind of went off on a rant there. ^///^

I witnessed a thunderstorm roll through Kansas that was packing 80MPH winds (hurricane force) now that was amazing.
