That's debatable. First off, it matches "life" to create a sort of rhythmic feel, and second, considering the character is writing on a physical piece of paper, it could be either fife (to build characterization, considering it could just be an unusual hiding place) or file (to make the poem slightly more modern).

To be honest, I'll have to say it's up to you. I get the feeling Fanfic Master is one of those kinds of people who don't really take concrit anyway, but it's a good tip to keep in mind.

Also, as another good tip, if you come across a word you don't recognize, don't point it out as an error until you run "define: (insert word here)" in Google or look it up in a dictionary. Thinking of Rastafari in particular, but fife might not be a typo, either.

That's true, but I was referring to your other reviews as well, particularly this one. Stating why they need to use proper grammar might be a good idea too. Y'know, so they get why it's an error and all.

Side note about proper grammar in poetry: it doesn't always exist. But I do agree with you that Fanfic Master's poetry as a whole isn't exactly incredible.

I'll be honest, I love the banner you made, it's by far my favorite atm (I'm using the other one because it contains a teaser silhouette). Then again, if you're offering to make an even better one, I'm not going to turn you down, that'd be great!
