If you mean us evil staff, then yes. Anyone who is on this page has the powers necessary to delete posts/threads, edit posts/thread titles, and sticky/unsticky threads in forums. Moderators, those with their names written like mine, have those powers only in certain forums. Everyone else higher than moderator can handle those actions all over PC.

Though honestly, we're really not scary. Just make sure to follow the rules. And the staff is here for every member to talk to and ask questions to, because we're here to help members and PC as a whole.

EDIT: And yes. If you have a new part to the story, you can post it and not get in trouble.

Yeah, unfortunately getting reviews can be difficult sometimes, especially for new writers, since people won't know how you'll react to a review. I'm not sure what advice to give you other than to be patient. There's pretty much an entire month left before no one (except for you) can post in the thread. You'll most likely get a review before then.

As for the rules, PC's rules for the entire forum are found here.

Each section has their own rules stickied in the forum. For instance, Fanfiction and Writing's rules thread is the second stickied thread in the main forum. Stickied threads are always going to be at the top of the forum they're posted in, under the sub sections.
