    4th Gen Heartgold or Soulsilver?

    I would have to go with Soul Silver. I always get the version that has the Legendary I like more on the box art. My only regret with not getting Heart Gold is the fact that I couldn't use a Phanpy on my team. I like phanpy a lot.
