  • In the second episode of Doom, the marine has to face off against a Cyberdemon in the last map of the episode, as it is the ruler of the lost Deimos base. Combat-wise, a Cyberdemon is the most powerful demon in hell's army.

However, there are more Cyberdemons than the one that rules over Deimos base, as made apparent in Doom 2. They also have a commanding presence in hell's army, being key generals of the army.

However, there is one other demon that is more clever from a tactical standpoint than a Cyberdemon...

Haha not even that many only like over half a day!

The Fallout series isn't really about killing children (even though you can do that; at the expensive of being ostracized by all but the most evil of evil-doers in the game). Fallout is an RPG series taking place in an alternate-reality post-apocalyptic United States of America. The back-story is given in a pre-game cinematic in Fallout 1, but basically the world was running out of resources, some country fired a nuke first (either the U.S. or China) and the entire world nuked themselves to hell and back. However, humanity survived by having some folks being lucky and many by taking refuge in underground Vaults. The series is based around the adventures of certain individuals in the post-apocalyptic world. Fallout 1 & 2 were turn-based RPG's taking place in P.A. California. The combat system in both games is nothing short of elegant. However, after a while the developers, Black Isle, lost rights to the game. Bethesda, known for their Elder Scrolls series (including Skyrim), picked up the series and made Fallout 3, which is an RPG with first-person shooter elements. That game was alright, but had kind of a weak story; still fun, though. The most recent title was Fallout: New Vegas. IMO, Fallout 1 is the best, but they're all good. 1 & 2 are turn-based RPG's like Pokemon. All entries in the series should be available on Steam or GoG.com if you're interested in playing them.
    Almost 19 years old.

Anyhow, I don't want to spoil too much, but after the events of the first game, the marine ends up back to Earth, only to be greeted by more death & destruction from hell's denizens. Thus, a sequel was inevitable, called Doom 2: Hell on Earth.

In Doom 2, humanity is pushed to the brink of extinction in the face of hell's army. They've managed to find a starport to hold what is left of the human race. Sadly, it was a matter of time before the starport started being assimilated by hell. Thus, the same marine that has gotten through the two moon bases, now has to fight hell's army once more, on his home planet, not to mention that hell has added a more varied array of new demons into this fray.

If you thought the first game was dreadful, then its sequel will have you quaking in your shoes.
Well I rarely IM people as well! But yes its your fault! :P

I think it fits me quite well.

It's the original illustration for the Child Killer perk in Fallout 2 (note: I have never killed children, in-game and out). Apparently Black Isle thought it was too risque. I'm inclined to disagree with their opinion.
    Ooo boy...

To start things off, Doom is one of the first games that gave birth to the first-person shooter genre. In this game, the moon bases that were set up on the two moons on Mars, Phobos & Deimos, came under attack by the forces of hell. Eventually, the Deimos base literally disappeared without a trace, & soon, a squad of space marines get sortied out to deal with this issue. Bad thing is, hell's demons are a force to be reckoned with, thus all but one marine in that squad have gotten wiped out. In Doom, you play as that lone marine, & have to fight through hell's army of possessed humans, imps, & assortment of demons to figure out what has happened to Deimos & eventually, put an end to this invasion.

It doesn't surprise me that you've never heard of this game - it's older than you are!

Fine by me. I, myself have to keep completely quiet whenever my father is home, so I'm trying to pretend like I'm a mute during these times.
My god I'm so BORED. I haven't had a decent conversation with someone here or IRL in MONTHS.
