Hey, welcome to PC (: I joined for pretty much the same reasons, and I've quickly become pretty knowledgeable, so hopefully it's the same way for you. If you're interested in IVs and EVs but don't want to go through the work of breeding constantly or are a perfectionist, you might want to check out RNG, that's what my boyfriend does and right now I'm helping level his shiny Axew (have you seen shiny Haxorus? So awesome) with nearly perfect IVs. xD Have fun at PC!
