1 year later, I beat fire red in 26 hours. Got proof because i kept the save.

The sad thing is, we started off pretty good in that game and I thought we'd have a chance. Bleh. :( It was an awful trip. I was sick the entire time and 18 hours to get there and 12 back...not really worth the trip imo. We were on the bus more than we were at the game and in our hotel combined. And yes, it's sax! Haha. We won tonight though, but barely. Almost went into overtime. And speaking of football, it's related to the event I had planned for this month, but I was gone and sick the beginning of September and GT is this month, so it'll start in October instead. Yay. I think I did more planning for that one just now than the GT event that I need to focus on more, lol. It's always in the shower too. Every event I've come up with, I thought of in the shower.

Anyway, I have a game today, so when I get home, I will work on the in-game rules. I have some things in mind already. Btw, if you have any other ideas for emulator players or wifi traders or the in-game stuff, just PM it to me, though I think we have the stuff for emulators and wifi down pretty well at this point lol. WEEEEEE FUN.

Yeah, that's how it's supposed to be. End up with your original team. Too bad in-game players will get a bit botched, but hey, I will work on the rules for the in-game stuff so that it has a little more flavor to it than the gift challenge. ...That in mind, we have had challenges about gift pokemon only being on the team, but never traded only. Hum. Though in some games, there's not enough in-game trades to make a full team, so eh. But I am on the task of checking things!! RBY players have tons of in-game trades tho. Luckies.

Yeah. I'm sure ours will be extended, as per usual. I don't expect people to have all the time in the world for this challenge. I know I won't, which is another reason I'll be doing the in-game version, which can also be the option left for people that sign up late, so that way, no one really misses out on the event. In the event that we have less than 6 sign up though or a group without 6, any change we can still organize it in a way that everyone gets to trade with each other? I need to find that PM with the order, haha.

Yes, that. I was thinking keeping that emulator trade off in of course. Then the wifi traders (which will probably be the least amount, but still, we should at least have the option), then the people with no friends, don't emulate, have no time or wifi can do a pretty basic trade/gift challenge with what is already in-game. But other than that last category being added, we'll just keep the same stuff we planned earlier in the year. I hate the GT is so late and right during school season, but eh, what can ya do, you know?

MYRRH. co-host challenge event with me? btw, along with the wifi and emulation traders, we are gonna have to add in-game lol. this wouldn't be a huge issue if GT was back during the summer like we thought it'd be, but yeah. i was thinking it could just be a standard use gift and trade pokemon only type of thing, and we could find some way to twist it, or leave it as is. with school starting and all now though, people aren't gonna have the time to trade and then you have some people with no wifi, myself included, so yeah. ew i gotta go to school now.

If you mean tomorrow Friday, I'll be on the bus to Arkansas all day lol. :( We might have tvs on the bus so maybe people will wanna watch it.

Only if you're playing Gold/Silver/Crystal. HeartGold/SoulSilver have easier ways to get stones through the Pokegear and the Pokeathon too.
