Not necessarily. You don't have to role play with a lot of people. Size doesn't particularly matter much. Probably three, is enough. Though it is important to further wait for people to join, it is not mandatory.

I tend to use very random avatars/sigs, but the Oshawott themes are my most iconic among members here. A common issue I had in the past since I was supportered was that I had an unfortunate habit of changing them every single time.

Nothing really >.< I never really have interesting plans.. except I'm just waiting to hear back from employers so I can begin work and save up for college in the Spring semester starting in January. So for now it's an extension of summer vacation for me :\
