Just don't worry too much! Like seriously either keep up with the last few lines of nonsense or just ignore it until something you care about comes up. Ooooor wait for a lull or a not-very-important convo to throw a random thought/question/find in there. Keeping up is way to stressful haha, just keep an eye on what's happening at the moment.
