No Legit Celebi's are extrmelt hard to come by, the only way to recieve them is fro mevents and even then theres still a possiblility of a sucky nature :( But now with HG/SS coming soon there will be plenty so just wait till it comes out and you'll find one XD
Werent you told on Smogon that the Secret Key is Japan Only and its a local WiFi Event so you would have to live near them....... The only way to get it is if you used the AR to get it since you missed the event
