As Pokemon Nebula's official "caretaker", would it be possible for the thread to be closed? Darthvagabond has told me taht he won't be able to return to update until at least July and he can always reopen it then. There haven't been any updates since February and he hasn't even been on PC since then. It's just so that other games' threads, that actually are active ATM, aren't being knocked off the top by an unactive one.

I have a game design, but am trying to make it by hacking. is there a drawing board equivalent for that? I might need help with all the details, not all my programs work....
